○General Pointers

[BOTH] • Take note I'm only a beginner on editing, I have some limitations to what I can do.
[BOTH] • Reservation slots for the month will be taken and worked on the month after reservation. I'll be contacting you via DMs when your reservation's ready to go.
[BOTH] • I have the right to decline a commission if its within the range of my skillset.
[BOTH] • Please credit my twitter on https://twitter.com/Toorutot.
[MV] • Please provide video references for a clearer picture of the MV you want to be made, feel free to ask me what I need in specific too~
[MV] • I'll be requesting a Google Drive file for all of the assets that will be added on the MV
[MV] • Assets I've made for NON-COMMERCIAL USE MVs such as overlays and templates gives me the right to re-use it on my future MVs.
[ART]• Please provide references, preferably in a Google Drive file but any other medias works too! Pictures pose ideas and such for a clearer picture of the commission you want to be made, feel free to ask me what I need in specific too~
[ART]• Adding descriptions on the commissioned illustration helps tons too!
[ART]• Softcore NSFW has a x1.5 multiplier. Armored Outfits has a x2 multiplier.
[ART]• I do not accept hardcore NSFW/Mecha/Furry/Animal commissions for I am not yet skilled on those genres.

○Payment,Cancellation & Refunds

• Commissions are considered for non commercial use.
          ~ x2 of final payment will be added for commercial use~
• I will place you on the commission list once the commission is either, 50% paid or fully paid.
• I only accept USD+Paypal&Gcash as payment process. Any currency other than USD will be converted to my USD pricing.
• Paypal fees are not included in the price.
         ~ Please note that you will be funneling the transfer fee in separation with the payment fee.
• Cancellation fees will be 50% of the total price if I'm already working on the commission.
• Refunds are only applicable if I either, haven't started the commission,have no updates in a good while and an emergency on my end that will cause me to not meet the deadline.
• Down Payment cannot be refunded if there's a cancellation on the clients side.
• Note that the Pricing is at its BASE pricing. Additional Charges will be applied based on the MV/Artworks's difficulty.

○Revisions, Workflow & ETA

[BOTH] • Requests for updates are always open! I also update on the regular in the DMs.
[MV] • Minor Revisions (font text, textplacement, color correction, sprite swap) is not needed for payment.
[MV] • It only counts as a revision if the MV's approved and retracted afterwards. (asking for changes after being approved, otherwise, i accept changes in the process of showing the updates! :3)
[MV] • My ETA's 2-3weeks for TIER 1-2. ETA for TIER3 is at 1-2months(max)
[ART] • Any Major Revision that is AFTER the sketch process will be charged accordingly.
[ART] • Minor Revisions (color correction, simple tweak) is not needed for payment.
[ART] • My ETA's depending on the level of difficulty with the artwork, maximum is 3-4weeks.At the moment I accept commissions that DOESN'T have any deadlines. I currently have an irl job so I can only work on my commissions on either the weekends or on my free time. With that being said, I am still active on all platforms I can be contacted on. I will keep my clients updated for when I make progress on their MV/Art Commission per week. It's just that compared to my usual speed, I can't, at the moment, dedicate my full time on my commissions. But rest assured, I will meet said expectations on the results!
